How It Works:

1. Book Your Online Nutrition Consultation
2. Receive Confirmation & Call Details

Once your appointment is confirmed, a video call link will be sent to both you and your assigned nutritionist.

During this 60-minute session, our expert will assess:

• Your current eating habits and lifestyle
• Physical activity, sleep patterns, and hydration
• Health goals, weight, allergies, and dietary restrictions

3. Customized Meal Plan Every Week

• Meal plans are tailored to your goals (weight loss, muscle gain, energy boost, etc.).
• Delivered every Friday, Meal plans start on a Sunday of each week.
• Plans are sent via WhatsApp or email – whichever is more convenient for you.

4. Ongoing WhatsApp Support

• A private WhatsApp group will be created for continuous support for the whole package duration (1 month).
• Your nutritionist will check in once a week for progress updates and adjustments.

1. Package Validity
- The package is valid for 1 Month from the date of your initial consultation.

2. Nutritionist Assignment
- Nutritionists are automatically assigned based on availability and area of expertise.

3. Session Rescheduling & Cancellations
- You can reschedule 24 hours in advance.
- Missed appointments without notice will be considered as used.

4. Meal Plan Delivery

- Weekly meal plans are shared every Friday.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to review and follow the plan.

5. Support Availability

- WhatsApp support is available during regular working hours.(8 AM - 8 PM)
-  Responses may take up to 24 hours.

6. Refund Policy

- This is a non-refundable package.
- No partial refunds for unused sessions or weeks.

7. Customer Responsibility

- Clients are required to provide accurate health and lifestyle details.
